That’s what I call people that are always trying to smooth everything over.
These are the people that will succumb to someone else’s line of thinking as soon as they smell the potential for any level of conflict, just to avoid upset. If everyone else is happy, then they feel they did their job to keep the peace.
But it comes at a cost. We’ll get to that in a bit.
Do not get me wrong, contrary to the plethora of names I have been tagged with (black sheep, pot stirrer, rogue, etc…), I am not a fan of confrontation or conflict.
However, I do have a fundamental belief that the best solutions come from everyone laying all the information out and finding the proverbial sweet spot. So, with this subscribed line of thinking, occasionally ruffling feathers is going to happen.
This is where the Peanut Butter Spreaders come in.
No ruffling allowed. Nope, let’s keep those thoughts to ourselves. Do not say anything that might challenge, and inadvertently, upset someone. Let everyone stay in their comfort zone.
